We are pleased to announce that the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association’s February meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at the Penthouse at Davio’s.

Location: Penthouse at Davio’s
(you will be directed to the meeting room once you enter the
restaurant)
111 South 17th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103
(215) 563-4810

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm CLE Program followed by wine tasting until 8:00 pm
Trademarks in the Wine Industry, and a Wine Tasting
Speakers: Paul Reidl and Bob Trimble

This meeting will be unlike any PIPLA meeting you have ever attended.

You enjoy wine and you enjoy trademark law. What happens when you get a trademark lawyer who not only enjoys wine but also represents a number of wineries? You get Paul Reidl, a former INTA President and trademark lawyer/litigator coming to us from near the epicenter of wine country California. Paul has been representing wineries on trademark issues for almost 25 years, and will regale us with war stories of trademark issues in the wine business. If you have ever heard Paul speak at INTA, you know that this is a meeting that you will not want to miss!

We will then be guided by Bob Trimble, the nationally recognized Wine Guy, who will take us on a tasting tour of some great wines.

Please note that this is different from typical PIPLA meetings. The combined price for the meeting and wine tasting (including accompanying food) is $55. There is a limited number of seats, so please register early as we expect it to sell out. Additionally, due to the limited number of seats, walk-ins at the meeting will not be permitted.

Please make checks payable to “PIPLA.” One hour of Pennsylvania and Delaware CLE substantive credit has been requested.

Please RSVP by February 18, 2015 to the Hospitality Committee Chairs Ronald C.
