Distinguished IP Practitioner Award
At our May meeting this year, PIPLA is proud to recognize Kevin Casey with the Distinguished IP Practitioner Award for his many contributions to the intellectual property law community. Kevin has devoted more than 30 years to the practice of intellectual property law, has served as a leader in the field, and has made a lasting impact through his work in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, teaching, and scholarship.

We are also pleased to share that Joseph D. Rossi, of Armstrong Teasdale, will be joining us to introduce Kevin on the occasion of presenting the award.

Congratulations, Kevin, on this well-deserved recognition and on your many years of outstanding service and dedication to the IP community!

PIPLA Elections
If you are interested in joining the PIPLA Board, the following positions are available for the 2026-2027 year:

Board of Governors – 2-year term (2 positions available)
Secretary – 2-year term (1 position available)
