Description of CLE Program: This session examines the increasingly interconnected world of bio-pharma patent disputes. As bio-pharma litigation grows more complex, effective advocacy requires navigating multiple forums. This program offers a practical look at how Hatch Waxman cases, biologics and biosimilars litigation, and PTAB reviews increasingly shape one another. Panelists will discuss cross forum coordination, estoppel concerns, timing pressures, and emerging trends affecting innovators and challengers alike.
