6:00 pm Maxim Voltchenko and Peter Kraybill will lead a CLE program that addresses
USPTO’s TTAB trademark cancellation and opposition proceedings, and provide
guidance on cease and desist demand letters and settlement/coexistence
agreement negotiations among trademark holders.
