The Benjamin Franklin American Inn of Court – Judges Meeting

The Benjamin Franklin American Inn of Court is holding its annual Judges Meeting on Thursday, March 18, 2021, at 6:00pm.  PIPLA Members are invited to attend.

The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.  The Honorable Judges Linn, Goldberg, and Hillman will hear mock arguments in the case Minerva Surgical, Inc. v. Hologic, Inc., which addresses assignor estoppel.  Certiorari was granted by SCOTUS on January 8, 2021, on Minerva’s petition, which calls into question the continued vitality of the doctrine in the courts.

The cost for obtaining CLE credit will be $30.  Interested members should RSVP by Wednesday, March 17 to watkinsjh@ballardspahr.com
