The Articles of Association require yearly elections for positions on the Board of Governors.  Officer positions are filled annually and Members at Large positions are filled bi-annually.  In accordance with Article 4, notice is hereby given to the membership of the following slate of nominees submitted by the Nominating Committee (Jay Halt, Angela Verrecchio and Stam Stamoulis):
