This presentation will provide an introduction to the developing field of psychedelic therapeutics and issues relating to securing commercially valuable patent claims. Recent petitions for post-grant review at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board challenging patents covering psychedelic therapeutics technologies will also be briefly discussed.
The 2022 PIPLA Distinguished Intellectual Property Practitioner Award will be presented at our September meeting to Patricia Smink Rogowski.
