Description: The FTC’s proposed ban on non-competes has induced a flurry of non-compete bans, restrictions and proposals at the national and state level. At this meeting, we will discuss the status and effect of these developments, and strategies for protecting trade secrets as the landscape continues to shift.
The meeting will feature a presentation led by Diane Siegel Danoff, chair of the Trade Secret Litigation practice at Dechert LLP. Following the presentation, you are invited to join us for drinks and hors-d’oeuvres.
