us on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 for an overview of European data privacy law
and its applicability to IP practice. The EU has seen significant changes to
its data protection landscape in recent years, requiring businesses all over
the world to evaluate and improve compliance efforts to meet evolving
requirements. The presentation will focus on what IP practitioners need to know
about the data privacy regulations, including the enactment of the General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the decisions by the European Court of Justice
that followed.
Meeting fees have been waived for all PIPLA members for the 2020-21 calendar
year. The cost is $25.00 for guests/non-members. Please make checks

One hour of Pennsylvania and Delaware CLE credit has been requested.
