- The Official Gazette -- Trademarks, The official journal of the USPTO relating to trademarks.
- Search over 26 years of U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) patent descriptions as well as the last ten years of images. The first entries date back to January 5, 1971. You can search, retrieve and study over two million patents.
- EFF Intellectual Property Issues & Policy Archive. An archive of documentation covering IP issues, mostly related to the Internet, by the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a non-profit civil liberties organization working in the public interest to protect privacy, free expression, and access to public resources and information online, as well as to promote responsibility in new media.
- ACM's National Intellectual Property Rights Issues
