The FAA is seeking an IP attorney for an open position. Details below:

The Federal Aviation Administration William J. Hughes Technical Center is seeking an experienced patent attorney to draft and prosecute patents.  Duties will involve licensing agreements, cooperative research and development agreements, nondisclosure agreements, IP rights determinations, technology transfer, unauthorized use and patent infringement, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and IP issues affecting government contracts and agreements such as data right clauses. Other assignments may relate to contracts, real property, tort claims, ethics, environmental, personnel, and appropriation law.  Applicants must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
